To which end, prospective buyers were invited with an incentive of a free dinner for 2. This allowed the highly trained sales team to close deal within only 90 minutes. Purchasers would then sign a contract with the option of rejecting the deal if they were not totally content with the lot they bought. This program was highly successful that offices of the firm were established in a grand total of 24 different states in the United States.
